Kelly is punctual, she listens to your requirements and only showed me houses within my budget and within my wishes. I have bought a house trough her. I can only recommend her services. She is obviously very experienced with every step of the process and went above and beyond in ensuring we were comfortable and reassured at every stage. Despite four other agents also having the listing, Kelly generated over 25 viewings and 2 offers, with the other agents each generating less than 3 apiece, and no offers. Throughout the process, with many unexpected issues arising, Kelly kept a cool and positive outlook, always responded to any questions within hours, worked across international time zones, and successfully sold our non-AFO house for a satisfactory price. Kelly went above and beyond, often stepping in to cover for the corresponding agent when necessary or if they did not react in time. She has a lovely personality, high ethics, and we now consider her a genuine friend. Her complete fluency in Spanish and Spanish property regulations, and her industry contacts, all brought our sale to a happy conclusion. She is the only agent I would recommend.
