Kelly Summerell

I was born in the United Kingdom and moved to this part of Spain in 1991 at the age of 6. After finishing school, I ended up in the real estate world and haven't looked back since. Having worked for almost ten years for a local estate agent in Alhaurin El Grande, I finally decided to spread my wings and started up my own business - this would be called Mediterranean Homes.

Since opening Mediterranean Homes in January 2019 with my brother Tyler, I have been very busy setting the business up and building the relationships needed to do the job well and serve clients as well as is possible. At times, the workload is very demanding, and the hours are long but that is to be expected and I really enjoy it.

I love to travel but running a new business has meant that I have not been able to travel as much as I like. Despite that, every day I meet people from different parts of the world in my job and I learn so much from them. In 2019 I met David Burgess and in 2020 he became part of the team and is now the Sales Manager, in 2020 our photographer Mario also joined the team followed by Eva, our Office

Manager in 2022 and Sylvia that is our newest addition to the Mediterranean Homes Family joined in April 2023, she is a huge asset to us as she speaks 5 languages!

It's been wonderful being part of an expanding team. I became a mother in 2022 so having a team I trust has made everything so much easier for me and I truly appreciate all their hard work.

Combined, we have well over 30 years of experience and have collectively sold hundreds of properties on the Costa del Sol. This ensures we are able to handle the sale of any property and overcome any obstacle that comes in our way to ensure a smooth sale!
